  5-story building; brick & limestone restoration. Historic Building, renovation enabled the building to be placed on the National Historic Registry. Converted the structure into Senior Care Apartments.

THe Agri-Plex
Allentown, PA


  This project was additions and upgrades to the former Agricultural Hall. This hall has been used by the Lehigh County Agricultural Society for over 100 years for all kinds of events. It is located on the Allentown Fairgrounds. The addition was 15,000 sf and included a food serving area, ticket booths, new restrooms, and an additional 12,000 ft of display space. The existing main hall is opened into the new addition with wide garage doors.

The exterior included new elevated gables at the entries and bold new colors and flags to help promote the celebratory nature of the building.
