WHAT AN ARCHITECT DOES

An Architect will assess and address the fundamentals of good design with every project and assignment. The human experience needs an Architect to create and design the structures you enter and use, and the spaces between those buildings. Good design enhances the sensory perception to feel good. We are Problem Solvers. Not every problem is negative. Solving a math problem or a scientific problem is a positive thing. A lot of facility issues are negative problems until an Architect designs a solution to the problem. An Architect will look at the site, assess what scale of building will fit the site, predict the performance of the building, and design a solution that makes the most sense.
