St. Matthew’s Evangelical Congregational Church Emmaus, PA
Renovation and Addition after an explosion destroyed the church. Located in a dense urban area the pulpit was turned 90 degrees to expand the sanctuary, yet retaining the historical context of the remaining sanctuary. New wood trusses emulating the old were used. New entry addition with multiple entry levels. Re-used a previously hidden large stained glass window by moving it to an exposed location.
